Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before 15 July 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 July 2024.

Please note that failure to obtain a VISA will not be considered grounds for a refund after the deadline of 15 July 2024.

The Registration fee grants access to the congress in both virtual and on-site modes.
In the event that the congress is moved to an online-only format due to Covid outbreaks after 15 July 2024, no reimbursement will be issued.

All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.

FAQ

 The conference registration includes access to all sessions except for the pre-congress course. “Meet the Expert” sessions are available by reservation (free of charge). For the “Meet the Expert” sessions, a breakfast box can be purchased separately.

No, the congress won’t be livestreamed. However, registered attendees will have access to the recorded sessions for at least 90 days.

No, the pre-congress course will not be available via livestream or as video recordings.

The recordings will be available starting from November 11th.

No, watching the recordings alone will not make you eligible for a certificate of attendance. Certificates are only provided to those who participate on-site.
