The reduced fees are only valid if paid within the deadline. *For this fee an official certificate is required in order to complete the registration. Allied Health Professionals are university qualified practitioners with specialised expertise in preventing, diagnosing and treating a range of conditions and illnesses.

Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before 15 July 2024. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 15 July 2024.
The Registration fee grants access to the congress in both virtual and on-site mode, whether the congress in case of Covid outbreaks should be moved to an online-only solution after 15 July 2024 no reimbursement will be issued.

All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.
