By participating in the IMS 2024 Welcome evening, attendees grant the following authorizations:

In accordance with Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code, and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), participants authorize Biomedical Technologies (hereinafter “the Company”), represented by its current legal representative, contactable at privacy@btcongress.com, to record, conduct interviews, distribute, and use images for institutional purposes through any medium, including video and/or photographic, during the event “19 World Congress on Menopause – 19-22 October 2024.”

The Company is granted full rights to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, and communicate such images in any form, and to retain the photos, videos, and interviews in its electronic archives for the duration specified in the privacy notice provided upon signing the consent form.

The use of images in contexts that could compromise personal dignity or reputation is strictly prohibited.

By participating, attendees acknowledge having read the privacy notice provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the processing of personal data, and consent to such processing, with the awareness that consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time.
